Sleep without

Sleep Training

In less than 15 minutes a day, you'll learn how to help your child get the best sleep without sleep training.

The world of sleep is changing

The old-school way of having to sleep training your child to get a better night's sleep is outdated and false!

You don't need to sleep train

It is possible to help your child sleep more independently, reduce night wake-ups, and encourage longer stretches of sleep without any sleep training.

"… Rebecca never once asked or advised me to do something I was uncomfortable with. She has wonderful tips, tricks, and ideas that I would never even think of. It really works! We have met sleep goals that I was never really sure we would meet. We are so thankful to now have a well rested toddler and a good night of sleep for ourselves!"

Get a better night's sleep?

As seen in:

Wouldn't it be nice if your child enjoyed sleep and didn't think of it as the worst thing in the world, ever? If they liked getting into bed as much as you do?

You may think that you need to wait until your child is a teenager before they love sleep as much as you do.

Or, you need to sleep train and leave your child to cry alone before they'll have an easier time sleeping.

You don't.

Let me share a little secret with you... your child can have an easier time sleeping without any sleep training if you work with their unique sleep personality and make small, consistent tweaks.

"...Now our daughter sleeps through the night and has grown fond of the sleep-time rituals we have in place.  We think she actually looks forward to bedtime.  It has been a tremendous relief to us as we feel better rested during the day and our fears of nighttime drama have gone away."

You're not selfish for wanting a better night's sleep.

When you're exhausted, your entire life is impacted, from your relationships to your food choices.

Life is hard when you're sleep-deprived.

You may have looked at ways to help your child sleep a little easier, but everything seems to mention sleep training.

You don't have to sleep train.

You don't need to struggle with sleep deprivation.

10 Daily Lessons

Work through the lessons at your own pace.

You'll get started taking my sleep personality quiz. When you understand your child's sleep personality, you'll know how to adapt the other lessons, making them as easy as possible.

Learn how to tweak your nap routine to your child's unique sleep personality and age—helping your child get as relaxed as possible before each nap.

Tweak your nighttime routine, helping your child relax and unwind before you help them to sleep at night. This makes it easier for your child to fall asleep and remain asleep at the beginning of the night.

When your child follows a daily routine that works for their age and unique sleep personality, in that case, they'll easily fall asleep at nap and nighttime, avoiding overtiredness and overstimulation.

Reduce rocking or feeding to sleep. If you're rocking or feeding your child to sleep, you'll start reducing the help at the beginning of the night and for some wake-ups. As you get less involved, your child becomes more

independent.

Learn how to get your child into bed quickly after falling asleep, without them waking when you try to lay them down or shortly after they've got into bed.

If you can predict when night wake-ups will happen, you may be able to eliminate them before the wake-up happens.

If naps are short (just one sleep cycle), we can work on lengthening them.

Let's ensure the bedroom is sleep-inducing, making it as easy as possible for your child to sleep there.

Introducing visual cues to your sleep routines is a fantastic way to help your child lengthen their stretches of sleep.

FAQs

How can my child sleep better without any sleep training?

We can work on many things to encourage your child to sleep a little easier and a little longer. In fact, the steps you'll take in Sleep without Sleep Training are steps all families I work with take, and they can as much as half nighttime wake-ups!

How old does my child need to be?

You can get started at any age, but you'll see the most progress if your child is aged between 6 and 18 months old.

Will I need to leave my child to cry?

No, we are not sleep training at all. You will not need to leave your child at all.

What happens if I have questions?

You can get your questions answered in the Facebook group or during one of the live Q & A's.

How much time will I need?

The videos and lessons are short and manageable. You can go through a lesson or two whilst your child is napping. You can begin implementing what you have learnt the same day.
